Data deletion
You can disconnect a connected provider, clear local browser data, or request full account deletion at any time. Each option is described below.
Disconnect Fathom
Open the Integrations page inside the app and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting deletes the encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens we store on your behalf, and immediately revokes our server's ability to read meetings from your Fathom account. Your TranscriptPort account, export history, and entitlements remain intact so you can reconnect later if you wish.
Delete your TranscriptPort account
To request full account deletion — including your profile, usage history, entitlement record, and any remaining provider-connection metadata — contact us through thecontact form from the email address on your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Clear local TranscriptPort data on this device
This removes settings, draft export filters, demo-workspace state, in-progress export state, and the cached export history kept in this browser. It does not delete any server-side data — use the account-deletion request above for that.
