This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can disconnect Fathom, delete their TranscriptPort account, and request removal of information.

1. Disconnecting Fathom

You may disconnect Fathom through the TranscriptPort integrations or account area where that functionality is available.

Disconnecting Fathom:

  • Stops future access through the disconnected connection
  • Removes or invalidates the credentials used by TranscriptPort
  • Does not delete your TranscriptPort account
  • Does not delete transaction records
  • Does not remove exported files already downloaded to your device
  • Does not automatically cancel Founding Lifetime Access

2. Deleting your TranscriptPort account

To request account deletion, email:

support@transcriptport.com

Use the subject:

TranscriptPort Account Deletion Request

Send the request from the email address associated with your TranscriptPort account.

Include:

  • Your account email
  • A clear request to delete the account
  • Any additional information needed to identify the account

Mobinyze may require identity verification before deleting the account.

3. What account deletion normally removes

Subject to legal and technical limitations, account deletion may remove or anonymise:

  • Profile information
  • Login associations
  • Connected-provider credentials
  • OAuth tokens
  • Account preferences
  • Stored integration settings
  • Non-essential usage information
  • Export-history information that is no longer required

4. Information that may be retained

Mobinyze may retain limited information where necessary for:

  • Tax and accounting records
  • Payment records
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security investigations
  • Legal compliance
  • Dispute resolution
  • Enforcement of the Terms of Service
  • Prevention of repeated abuse of the Free plan

Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

5. Exported files

Account deletion does not delete files already downloaded to:

  • Your computer
  • Your phone
  • Your cloud storage
  • Your CRM
  • An AI tool
  • Another third-party application

You are responsible for deleting those copies directly from the relevant location.

TranscriptPort cannot recall or delete files that are no longer under Mobinyze’s control.

6. Meeting information processed during exports

Meeting information temporarily processed for an export should be removed or made inaccessible after it is no longer reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete the export
  • Prepare the download
  • Resolve a technical failure
  • Protect the Service
  • Satisfy legal obligations

Internal retention periods should be documented and followed by Mobinyze.

7. Deletion timeline

Mobinyze will aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

Some deletions may take longer where:

  • Identity verification is incomplete
  • A security investigation is active
  • Information exists in backup systems
  • Retention is legally required
  • A payment dispute is unresolved

Where technically feasible, deleted information will also expire from backups under the normal backup-retention schedule.

8. Effect on paid access

Deleting your TranscriptPort account may permanently remove access to:

  • Founding Lifetime Access
  • Purchase entitlements
  • Account history
  • Connected integrations

Before completing deletion, Mobinyze may ask you to confirm that you understand that the entitlement may not be recoverable.

Disconnect Fathom instead of deleting your entire account when you only want to revoke Fathom access.
