How do I connect Fathom?
Open the app, click Connect Fathom, and authorise access. You can also Use demo workspace to try the product without a real account.
What can I export from Fathom today?
Transcript, AI summary, highlights, meeting metadata, and attendees — in Markdown, TXT, CSV or JSON.
How does the free plan work?
You get five successfully exported meetings. Failed meetings don't count. When you're close to the limit, the app will help you choose which meetings to export.
Can I resume an interrupted export?
Yes. Pause and resume an active export at any time, retry individual failed meetings, and download a partial archive.
Where are my files saved?
Exports download directly to your browser. We don't keep a copy on our servers.
How do I delete my data?
Visit the Data deletion page to clear all locally-stored TranscriptPort data in this browser.
