Effective date: June 18, 2026
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TranscriptPort, including its website, web application, integrations, meeting export functionality, and related services.
TranscriptPort is operated by Mobinyze, with its principal place of business at:
Unit 201, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra, India
In these Terms, "TranscriptPort," "Mobinyze," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mobinyze, the operator of TranscriptPort.
"You" and "your" refer to the individual or organisation accessing or using TranscriptPort.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating a TranscriptPort account, connecting a meeting provider, purchasing paid access, selecting a checkbox agreeing to these Terms, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by:
- These Terms of Service
- The Privacy Policy
- The Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Any plan-specific terms displayed at checkout
If you use TranscriptPort on behalf of an employer, company, client, partnership, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
Do not use TranscriptPort if you do not agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You may not use TranscriptPort if:
- You are prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
- You do not have authority to access the connected meeting account
- Your use would violate an employment, confidentiality, privacy, or contractual obligation
- Your account has previously been suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations
- You are attempting to bypass technical, security, payment, or account restrictions
3. Description of the Service
TranscriptPort helps authorised users retrieve, organise, transform, and export information available through supported AI meeting-notetaker accounts.
Depending on the connected provider, available permissions, product functionality, and selected export settings, exported information may include:
- Meeting transcripts
- Speaker-labelled conversation text
- AI-generated summaries
- Action items
- Highlights
- Attendee information
- Meeting titles
- Meeting dates
- Meeting durations
- Other meeting metadata
Supported output formats may include:
- Markdown
- TXT
- CSV
- JSON
TranscriptPort is currently focused on the Fathom integration.
Features, export fields, supported formats, filters, output structures, and supported meeting providers may change as the Service develops.
4. TranscriptPort is not a meeting-recording service
TranscriptPort does not independently record meetings.
TranscriptPort retrieves information made available through the meeting account you connect.
You are responsible for ensuring that the original meeting was recorded, transcribed, stored, and accessed lawfully.
TranscriptPort does not verify whether every participant consented to recording, transcription, export, storage, or analysis.
5. Account registration
You may be required to create an account using an email address, Google sign-in, or another supported authentication method.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your account access
- Maintaining the security of your email or connected login account
- Activity performed through your TranscriptPort account
- Ensuring that authorised users follow these Terms
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access
Contact support@transcriptport.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share a paid account with another unrelated person without written permission from Mobinyze.
6. Connecting Fathom and other providers
TranscriptPort may connect to supported services using OAuth, official APIs, or another provider-approved authentication method.
When you connect a provider, you authorise TranscriptPort to access the information made available to your connected account for the purpose of providing the requested export functionality.
TranscriptPort does not require you to provide your Fathom password directly to TranscriptPort.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You own or are authorised to use the connected provider account
- You have permission to access the selected meetings
- You have permission to export the selected information
- Your organisation permits the intended export
- Your use complies with the meeting provider's terms
- Your use complies with privacy, employment, recording, confidentiality, and data-protection requirements
TranscriptPort does not grant you rights to meetings or information that you are not otherwise authorised to access.
You must not use TranscriptPort to bypass:
- Provider permissions
- Workspace restrictions
- Retention rules
- Team-access restrictions
- Authentication controls
- Organisational policies
- Legal restrictions
7. Free access
TranscriptPort currently allows eligible users to export up to five meetings free.
No payment card is required to use the Free plan.
The free allowance:
- Is linked to the user and account
- Is intended for evaluation of the Service
- Applies to successfully completed meeting exports
- May not be reset through duplicate accounts or other circumvention
- May be protected through fraud-prevention and abuse-detection measures
- May be changed or withdrawn for future users
Changes to the Free plan do not entitle users to compensation or additional free exports.
Failed exports will not normally consume the free allowance where TranscriptPort can reliably identify the failure.
8. Founding Lifetime Access
TranscriptPort may offer a one-time plan described as Founding Lifetime Access.
The current Founding Lifetime Access plan applies only to the included TranscriptPort Fathom integration.
Founding Lifetime Access grants the purchasing account continued access to the included Fathom export functionality for as long as:
- TranscriptPort continues to operate
- Mobinyze continues to support the TranscriptPort Fathom integration
- The required Fathom API or provider access remains reasonably available
- The account remains in compliance with these Terms
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the supported TranscriptPort Fathom integration. It does not refer to the purchaser's natural lifetime.
Founding Lifetime Access does not mean:
- Ownership of TranscriptPort
- Ownership of the underlying software
- A guarantee that TranscriptPort will operate forever
- A guarantee that Fathom will maintain its API forever
- Access to every future TranscriptPort feature
- Access to every future meeting-provider integration
- Access to future premium, enterprise, team, API, cloud-sync, automated, scheduled, or add-on functionality
- Access to future browser extensions unless expressly included
- A right to transfer or resell the account
9. What the current lifetime plan includes
Subject to the product description shown at purchase, the current Founding Lifetime Access plan may include:
- Continued access to the TranscriptPort Fathom integration
- Unlimited manual Fathom exports
- Supported standard export formats
- Standard meeting filters
- Meeting review and selection
- Export progress tracking
- Resume and retry functionality where available
- Use on the purchaser's personal devices
- Standard improvements to the included Fathom export functionality
"Unlimited manual exports" means the plan does not impose a fixed lifetime meeting-count limit on normal, user-initiated exports.
It does not permit:
- Automated scraping
- Bot-driven continuous exports
- Unauthorised use of internal APIs
- Reselling TranscriptPort access
- Operating TranscriptPort as an export service for unrelated third parties
- Sharing one account across unrelated organisations
- Excessive or abusive activity
- Activity that creates unreasonable technical load
- Circumvention of rate limits
Mobinyze may apply reasonable limits relating to:
- Export concurrency
- Request frequency
- File size
- Provider API limits
- Export job duration
- Security
- Abuse prevention
- Infrastructure protection
These safeguards do not convert the Founding Lifetime plan into a recurring subscription.
10. Future plans, integrations, and pricing
Mobinyze may introduce new pricing structures in the future, including:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Team plans
- Business plans
- Enterprise plans
- Usage-based plans
- Integration-specific plans
- Premium add-ons
Existing valid Founding Lifetime customers will not be required to begin paying a recurring fee solely to retain the core Fathom export access included with their original purchase.
Future products and capabilities may be priced separately, including:
- Fireflies or other meeting-notetaker integrations
- Otter integrations
- Grain integrations
- Read.ai integrations
- Gong or Chorus integrations
- Automated exports
- Scheduled exports
- Continuous syncing
- Google Drive syncing
- Dropbox syncing
- Cloud storage
- Browser extensions
- Shared workspaces
- Team administration
- Enterprise controls
- Developer APIs
- High-volume automation
- Premium support
- AI analysis features
- New export destinations
A future feature is included in a lifetime plan only if:
- It was clearly listed as included when the plan was purchased, or
- Mobinyze later confirms that it has been added to the plan
Marketing statements about future plans, roadmaps, or possible integrations do not create a binding obligation to deliver those features.
11. Payments
Paid access is charged at the price displayed at checkout.
The current Founding Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
By purchasing, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge:
- The displayed purchase amount
- Applicable taxes
- Payment-processing charges, where disclosed
- Currency-conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider
Mobinyze may change pricing for future purchases.
Price changes do not affect completed purchases unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
A later:
- Discount
- Promotional price
- Regional price
- Reduced price
- New plan
- Subscription offer
does not create a right to a partial refund or price adjustment for an earlier purchase.
12. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges, or payment-provider fees applicable to your purchase.
Where Mobinyze is legally required to collect tax, the amount may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price.
13. Refunds
Paid TranscriptPort purchases are final and non-refundable except where:
- A refund is required by applicable law
- A duplicate charge occurred
- A verified unauthorised transaction occurred
- Paid access was never activated
- TranscriptPort could not resolve a genuine access issue within a reasonable period
- A statutory consumer remedy applies and cannot legally be excluded
TranscriptPort provides five free meeting exports so that users can test the Fathom connection, export workflow, output formats, and general suitability of the Service before purchasing.
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
14. Your meeting content
You retain whatever rights you already hold in the meeting information you access and export.
Using TranscriptPort does not transfer ownership of your meeting content to Mobinyze.
You grant Mobinyze a limited, temporary, non-exclusive right to:
- Access the selected meeting information
- Process the selected information
- Convert it into the selected format
- Package it into downloadable files
- Transmit it back to you
- Perform technical troubleshooting where necessary
This permission is limited to operating, securing, supporting, and improving the requested Service.
You remain responsible for:
- The legality of the source content
- Recording consent
- Participant rights
- Client permissions
- Employer policies
- Confidentiality obligations
- Contractual restrictions
- Storage of downloaded files
- Sharing downloaded files
- Uploading files to AI systems
- Importing files into CRMs or other tools
- Removing sensitive information where appropriate
TranscriptPort does not become responsible for downloaded files after they are delivered to you.
15. AI-generated information
Some exported information, such as summaries, action items, or highlights, may have been generated by Fathom or another third-party service.
TranscriptPort does not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of that AI-generated information.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated summaries or action items for:
- Legal decisions
- Employment decisions
- Financial decisions
- Medical decisions
- Compliance decisions
- Contractual commitments
- Safety-critical decisions
Review the original transcript and other relevant records where accuracy is important.
16. Privacy and data processing
TranscriptPort processes account, authentication, meeting, payment, usage, and technical information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Meeting information may pass through TranscriptPort infrastructure while an export is being prepared.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, TranscriptPort is an export utility and not a permanent meeting-archive service.
You may disconnect Fathom or another connected provider through the application where that functionality is available.
Disconnecting a provider:
- Stops future access through the disconnected credentials
- Does not automatically delete your TranscriptPort account
- Does not automatically delete transaction records
- Does not remove files already downloaded to your device
- Does not necessarily cancel a paid entitlement
Account-deletion requests are handled as described in the Data Deletion Policy.
17. Acceptable use
You may use TranscriptPort only for lawful personal or business purposes.
You must not:
- Access meetings without permission
- Export meetings without authority
- Violate recording or wiretapping laws
- Violate privacy or data-protection laws
- Breach confidentiality obligations
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Circumvent provider permissions
- Circumvent TranscriptPort limits
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free exports
- Share, sell, rent, or sublicense account access
- Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Copy protected source code
- Extract proprietary business logic
- Probe or test security without written permission
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Interfere with availability or performance
- Conduct denial-of-service activity
- Use unauthorised automated scripts
- Scrape TranscriptPort
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Mobinyze or TranscriptPort
- Use the Service for fraud, harassment, surveillance, abuse, or unlawful profiling
- Use TranscriptPort to provide an unauthorised competing export service using Mobinyze's protected code or assets
Nothing in these Terms prevents lawful competition, independent product development, or activity expressly protected by applicable law.
18. Fair-use protections
Founding Lifetime Access is designed for normal personal, professional, and organisational use by the purchasing account.
Mobinyze may investigate activity that appears to involve:
- Account resale
- Account pooling
- Commercial reselling
- Automated continuous extraction
- Abnormal request volumes
- Security abuse
- Fraud
- Provider-policy violations
- Excessive infrastructure consumption
Where reasonably possible, Mobinyze may contact the user before restricting access.
Mobinyze may impose reasonable safeguards or suspend abusive activity where necessary to protect:
- Other users
- Service reliability
- Provider APIs
- Security
- Legal compliance
- Infrastructure
19. Third-party services
TranscriptPort relies on third-party services, which may include:
- Fathom
- Authentication providers
- OAuth providers
- Hosting providers
- Database providers
- Payment processors
- Email providers
- Monitoring and security providers
Mobinyze does not control third-party services.
A third party may:
- Change its API
- Discontinue an API
- Limit available meeting information
- Apply rate limits
- Change authentication methods
- Remove meetings
- Change account permissions
- Suspend accounts
- Experience outages
- Modify its terms
- Restrict third-party integrations
Mobinyze is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third party's acts, omissions, outages, restrictions, or policy changes.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
TranscriptPort's use of an official API does not automatically mean that TranscriptPort is endorsed, sponsored, certified, or owned by the API provider.
20. Intellectual property
Mobinyze and its licensors retain all rights in TranscriptPort, including:
- Website content
- Application software
- Source code
- Product architecture
- Interface design
- Branding
- Logos
- Documentation
- Original graphics
- Export-processing logic
- Proprietary workflows
- Business logic
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use TranscriptPort in accordance with your plan.
The purchase of lifetime access does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, sublicense, or create unauthorised derivative works from TranscriptPort's protected assets.
21. Feedback
You may send suggestions, ideas, comments, and product feedback to Mobinyze.
You grant Mobinyze permission to use that feedback without restriction or payment.
Mobinyze will not publicly attribute confidential feedback to you without permission.
22. Service changes
Mobinyze may update, modify, replace, suspend, or remove features for reasons including:
- Product development
- Security
- Reliability
- Provider API changes
- Legal requirements
- Abuse prevention
- Infrastructure limitations
- Commercial sustainability
Where reasonably practicable, Mobinyze will provide notice before a change that materially affects paid users.
No future change will automatically convert an existing Founding Lifetime Fathom entitlement into a recurring subscription.
23. Service availability
TranscriptPort is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Mobinyze does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with every account
- Availability of every historical meeting
- Access to every provider field
- Export of every meeting
- Fixed processing times
- Permanent availability of any feature
- Permanent availability of third-party APIs
You should keep independent copies of important exported information.
TranscriptPort should not be treated as the only storage location for important business records.
24. Discontinuation of the Fathom integration
Mobinyze may discontinue the Fathom integration if continued operation becomes:
- Unlawful
- Technically impossible
- Insecure
- Blocked by Fathom
- Unsupported by the available API
- Commercially unsustainable
Where reasonably and technically possible, Mobinyze will attempt to:
- Provide advance notice
- Allow a final export period
- Explain the reason for discontinuation
- Give existing users reasonable time to retrieve available information
Founding Lifetime Access does not guarantee that TranscriptPort or a third-party API will remain available indefinitely.
25. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TranscriptPort at any time.
You may also:
- Disconnect Fathom
- Request account deletion
- Stop using paid access
Mobinyze may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes that:
- You violated these Terms
- You accessed meetings without permission
- Your use creates a security risk
- Your use threatens Service stability
- You circumvented account or payment limits
- You used fraudulent payment information
- A payment was improperly reversed
- Continued access would expose Mobinyze or others to legal risk
Where appropriate, Mobinyze may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Suspension or termination does not transfer ownership of your downloaded files to Mobinyze.
You remain responsible for lawful handling of previously downloaded information.
26. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranscriptPort disclaims implied warranties of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobinyze's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to TranscriptPort will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Mobinyze for the access giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory statutory rights.
28. Responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of TranscriptPort
- Exporting meetings without permission
- Breaching confidentiality obligations

Mobinyze may update these Terms.
The updated version will show a revised "Last updated" date.
Where a change materially affects paid access, Mobinyze will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through:
- The application
- The website
Changes will not retroactively convert an existing valid Founding Lifetime Fathom entitlement into a recurring subscription.
Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
