What we process

TranscriptPort prepares exports from your connected meeting notetaker on demand. When you start an export, our servers fetch the meetings, transcripts, summaries, highlights, action items, attendees, and metadata that your connected provider account already has access to, transform them into the file formats you selected (Markdown, TXT, CSV, or JSON), and package the result so you can download it. Meeting content passes through TranscriptPort infrastructure during this processing — we do not claim that it bypasses our servers — and is discarded once the export is delivered. We do not retain a permanent archive of your transcripts.

Account information

When you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name, and usage events (such as which exports you started) so we can enforce plan limits and show you your history.

Provider connections and OAuth credentials

When you connect Fathom (or another supported provider) we store the minimum information required to keep the connection working: the account email, workspace name, and connection timestamps. The OAuth access token and refresh token are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM with a server-only encryption key before they are written to our database. Encrypted tokens are never exposed to your browser or returned by any API endpoint.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

You can disconnect Fathom at any time from the Integrations page. Disconnecting deletes the stored encrypted OAuth credentials and revokes our server's ability to read from your Fathom account. To request deletion of your TranscriptPort account and associated data, visit the Data deletion page or contact us via the contact form.

Cookies and local storage

Settings, draft export filters, and short-lived UI state are saved in your browser's local storage on the device you are using. Clearing local data removes all of it.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. TranscriptPort uses Lovable Cloud (Supabase) as its hosting and database sub-processor. Additional sub-processors will be listed here if and when they are added.
