This Privacy Policy explains how Mobinyze collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use TranscriptPort.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The TranscriptPort website
- The TranscriptPort web application
- Account registration
- Fathom and other supported integrations
- Meeting export processing
- Payments
- Customer support
- Related communications
This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of Fathom, payment processors, AI tools, CRMs, cloud-storage services, or other third-party products.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Authentication-provider identifier
- Account creation date
- Login information
- Account status
- Plan and entitlement information
If you sign in with Google or another authentication provider, we receive the information that provider makes available under the permissions you approve.
Connected-provider information
When you connect Fathom or another supported service, we may process:
- OAuth access credentials
- Refresh credentials
- Provider account identifier
- Workspace information
- Team information
- Connection status
- Authorised permissions
TranscriptPort does not require your Fathom password.
Meeting information
To provide an export, TranscriptPort may process information available through your connected meeting account, including:
- Meeting titles
- Meeting dates
- Meeting durations
- Transcripts
- Speaker labels
- Summaries
- Action items
- Highlights
- Attendees
- Email addresses associated with attendees
- Team and recorder information
- Meeting metadata
TranscriptPort processes this information to prepare the export you request.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, TranscriptPort is not intended to be a permanent meeting-content archive.
Export information
We may collect technical information about export jobs, including:
- Selected export format
- Number of selected meetings
- Job status
- Success or failure status
- Error messages
- Processing timestamps
- Retry information
- Download status
- Usage allowance consumption
Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
Mobinyze may receive:
- Customer name
- Customer email
- Transaction identifier
- Payment status
- Purchase amount
- Currency
- Tax information
- Refund or dispute status
Mobinyze does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Technical information
We may collect:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Session identifiers
- Login timestamps
- Referring pages
- Application activity
- Security events
- Error logs
- Diagnostic information
Support communications
When you contact support, we may collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Message content
- Screenshots

Do not send sensitive meeting content unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.

Mobinyze may use information to:
- Create and manage accounts
- Authenticate users
- Connect supported meeting providers
- Retrieve authorised meeting information
- Generate requested exports
- Package files for download
- Track free and paid entitlements
- Process payments
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain security
- Diagnose errors
- Resume or retry exports
- Respond to support requests
- Send essential service communications
- Improve product reliability
- Comply with legal obligations

- Protect Mobinyze, users, and third parties
4. Meeting-content processing
Meeting content is processed only to provide and support the functionality requested by the user, unless another use is clearly disclosed and lawfully authorised.
Mobinyze does not claim ownership of your meeting content.
Mobinyze does not sell meeting transcripts or meeting content.
TranscriptPort does not use your private meeting content to train a public artificial-intelligence model.
Meeting data may be temporarily processed through TranscriptPort infrastructure while:
- Meetings are retrieved
- Files are generated
- Exports are packaged
- Downloads are prepared
- Technical failures are investigated
Meeting information should be deleted or made inaccessible after it is no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to technical logs, security records, legal obligations, and documented retention practices.
5. How we share information
Mobinyze may share information with service providers needed to operate TranscriptPort, including providers of:
- Hosting
- Databases
- Authentication
- Payments
- Monitoring
- Logging
- Security
- Error tracking
- Customer support
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
Mobinyze may also disclose information:
- To comply with applicable law
- In response to a lawful order
- To investigate fraud or security incidents
- To enforce legal agreements
- To protect users or third parties
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of the TranscriptPort business
Mobinyze does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
6. Fathom and third-party services
When you connect Fathom, information is also subject to Fathom’s own terms and privacy practices.
TranscriptPort is not responsible for:
- Fathom’s collection practices
- Fathom’s retention policies
- Fathom’s account permissions
- Information removed by Fathom
- Changes to Fathom’s API
- Other third-party services selected by you
When you download an export and upload it to another service, that service’s privacy policy applies.
This includes services such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- NotebookLM
- Notion
- Obsidian Sync
- CRMs
- Cloud-storage providers
- Internal AI systems
Review the destination service before uploading confidential meeting content.
7. Cookies and sessions
TranscriptPort may use cookies or similar technologies required for:
- Login sessions
- Authentication
- Security
- User preferences
- Application functionality
If Mobinyze later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, additional notice or consent may be provided where required.
8. Data security
Mobinyze uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information.
These may include:
- Encrypted network connections
- Restricted system access
- Secure authentication
- Protected provider credentials
- Monitoring
- Logging
- Access controls
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for:
- Securing your email account
- Securing your TranscriptPort login
- Protecting downloaded files
- Controlling access to your devices
- Reviewing where exported files are uploaded
9. Data retention
Mobinyze retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- Providing TranscriptPort
- Maintaining accounts
- Processing purchases
- Meeting legal obligations
- Resolving disputes
- Preventing fraud
- Maintaining security
- Enforcing agreements
Different information may have different retention periods.
For example:
- Account information may be retained while the account remains active
- Transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
- Security logs may be retained for fraud-prevention and investigation
- OAuth credentials may be retained until disconnection or account deletion
- Meeting content may be temporarily retained while an export is processed or a technical issue is investigated
Downloaded exports are stored by the user and are outside Mobinyze’s control.
Before publication, Mobinyze should document and apply internal retention schedules consistent with this Policy.
10. International processing
Some service providers used by TranscriptPort may process information outside India.
Where information is transferred internationally, Mobinyze will use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Object to certain processing
- Request restriction
- Request a portable copy
- Lodge a complaint with an appropriate authority
These rights may be subject to exceptions.

12. Disconnecting Fathom
You can disconnect Fathom through the TranscriptPort application where that option is available.
Disconnecting Fathom:
- Removes or invalidates the stored connection credentials used for future access
- Prevents TranscriptPort from retrieving new meeting information through that connection
- Does not delete files already downloaded
- Does not automatically delete your TranscriptPort account
- Does not automatically remove transaction records
- Does not cancel an existing paid entitlement
13. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your TranscriptPort account by emailing:

- Tax
- Accounting
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Dispute resolution
- Legal compliance
14. Children
TranscriptPort is not intended for children under 18.
Mobinyze does not knowingly offer accounts directly to children under 18.

Mobinyze may update this Privacy Policy.
The updated Policy will display a revised “Last updated” date.
Where a change materially affects how personal information is handled, Mobinyze will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
